COMPETITION TERMS

1. The promoter

Competitions are run by GOLFBALLERSUK LTD, trading as GolfBallers UK, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15604663), Unit 6C, Wednesfield Business Park, Wolverhampton WV11 3SF ("we", "us").

2. Who can enter

Entrants must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
Our staff, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the competition can't enter.
We may ask for proof of age, identity and address before awarding a prize.

3. How to enter online

Choose the number of entries (up to the per-person limit shown) and pay the entry fee shown. Payment is taken securely by card through Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number(s).
Each competition has a maximum number of entries. Once it's reached, the competition closes early.

4. Free postal entry

You can enter any competition free of charge, with the same chance of winning as a paid entry. Send a postcard or letter by first or second class post to:

Golf Ballers Competitions, Unit 6C, Wednesfield Business Park, Wolverhampton WV11 3SF

Include the competition name, your full name, postal address, email address and phone number.
One entry per envelope and one free entry per person per competition. Bulk, hand-delivered or illegible entries won't be accepted.
Postal entries must arrive before the competition closing time. Each valid postal entry receives one ticket and is treated exactly like a paid entry.
We're not responsible for entries lost or delayed in the post.

5. The draw

Each competition closes on the date and time shown, or earlier if all entries are sold.
After it closes, one winning ticket is chosen at random by computer from all valid entries (paid and postal). The draw date is shown on each competition.
We'll contact the winner by email and phone within 7 days of the draw. If we can't reach the winner within 14 days, or they're found to be ineligible, we may draw another winner.
We publish the winner's first name, last initial and ticket number on our website. Please tell us if you'd rather we didn't.

6. Prizes

The prize is as described on the competition page. There's no cash alternative unless we say so. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Prizes are delivered free to a UK address, or can be collected from our HQ in Wolverhampton.

7. If a competition can't run

If we need to cancel or change a competition for reasons beyond our control, we'll refund paid entries in full.

8. Your information

We use your details to run the competition, contact the winner and, if you opt in, send you offers. See our Privacy Policy.

9. General

By entering, you agree to these terms. We may refuse entries that break them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions? Email us.
