TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply when you buy from golfballers.co.uk. Please read them before you order. They don’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

GolfBallers UK is a trading name of GOLFBALLERSUK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15604663). Registered office: 19 School Avenue, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton WV11 3NA. 2. Our products

We sell new and pre-owned golf equipment. Pre-owned items are described and photographed individually, and show signs of use consistent with their description.
Most items are one of a kind. Because the same stock is also listed on our eBay store, an item can occasionally sell elsewhere at the same moment. If that happens after you’ve paid, we’ll tell you straight away and refund you in full.
Colours and finishes may look slightly different on screen.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the full amount you pay: any VAT is already included and nothing is added at checkout except delivery. Delivery is shown before you pay.
Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
If we’ve made an obvious pricing error, we’ll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

4. Your order

When you pay, you’ll get an order confirmation by email. The contract between us is made when we confirm your order. We can refuse an order if an item is no longer available or we suspect fraud, and we’ll refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. International buyers can use our eBay store.
UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, and £5.99 on orders under £50.
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, with Royal Mail, Evri or Parcelforce. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave.

6. Returns and cancelling

30-day returns. You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Email us with your order number first and we’ll tell you where to send it. Items must come back unused, in the condition you received them, with any tags and packaging.
Your legal right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and must then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
Unless an item is faulty or not as described, return postage is paid by you.
We refund the price and original standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the item back. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than needed to inspect it (for example, used on the course).

7. Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must match their description, be of satisfactory quality (for pre-owned items, taking their age and described condition into account) and be fit for purpose. If something isn’t right, contact us. You’re entitled to reject it for a full refund within 30 days, and we pay the return postage.

8. Selling or trading in clubs

Valuations are estimates based on the details and photos you send. Our offer is confirmed once we’ve inspected the items. If they don’t match the description, we’ll make a revised offer or return them to you.

9. Our liability

We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We don’t exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Complaints and the law

If you’re unhappy, email us and we’ll do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.
