What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£).
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Orders are shipped using trusted UK couriers including Evri, Parcelforce, and Royal Mail.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen courier service.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched with no penalty.
If your order has already been shipped, you may use our return process once the item arrives.
I entered the wrong delivery address — what should I do?
If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Unfortunately, address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
Where can I track my order?
